Repeat Signage Standalone Edition
This edition is designed to be used in reception areas, on exhibition stands and in individual shop windows. You can design a presentation and then just play it on screen, or when Windows starts. Changing presentation content is done manually. The only control that allows remote updating is the RSS feed control. You can use a free www.repeatserver.com account to create RSS news feeds to display and update in the Standalone edition. You can also use our free RSS Feed Manager which is on main Repeat Signage menu.
Some of the Standard Edition controls are not available. Play lists and scheduling of individual controls is not available.
This edition supports single monitor systems.
Repeat Signage Standard Edition
This edition is designed to be used in organisations such as schools, retails outlets and businesses, where you would like to be able to update playing content from either your local network or the Internet. When Repeat Signage Standard plays a presentation from either a network drive or website, it will monitor that presentation and load a new version automatically when it detects that it has been changed. You can create a free www.repeatserver.com account to help you update files over the Internet.
Within a presentation, you can schedule each control separately on either an hourly, daily or weekly basis, which allows you to display different content at different times from your presentation.
You can create play lists to schedule presentations at the required times.
You can use the Standard Edition with RepeatServer.com to facilitate the remote updating of presentations, play lists and content files. RepeatServer.com is a free service to customers and evaluators of Repeat Signage which allows the creation of RSS feeds and well as allowing the hosting of Repeat Signage presentations and files centrally. There is also access to the Webcam and PowerPoint presentation scheduler, Text block, Video and Webcam controls. There are clock designs and RSS designs.
This edition supports single monitor systems.
Repeat Signage Corporate Edition
This has all the features of the Standard edition plus database support and new database driven controls. See Displaying database information in Repeat Signage. It also allows the mailmerge of databases with customised templates with our Banner control, which is available for non-touch screen use.
Repeat Signage Media Wall edition
This includes all the features of the Corporate Edition but supports up to 4 monitors. This is designed to create media walls by allowing you to spread presentations across multiple screens. We have internally tested this with 4 screens systems, but some of our clients display presentations across 6 monitors.
